Shipping and Returns
General: U.S. Orders: Shipping is FREE on orders over $50 US Dollars. Orders within the USA are shipped via USPS or FEDEX. All applicable shipping, handling, taxes and fees will be included in the total amount of your order.
Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order. If you have any questions, we are here to help, but please give us 1-3 days for a response as we are a small team. We can be reached at email@example.com.
Taxes and Shipping: Taxes and shipping will be shown at checkout. Please be aware that taxes, shipping, and duties vary per region.
Shipping Times: Shipping times will depend on the destination and shipping method chosen, since we are a very small team handling all shipping ourselves, please allow 1-3 days to fulfill your order.
Lost or Mis-delivered Packages: Lost packages and mis-deliveries are to be handled directly through the shipping carrier.
International Shipping: Since we are just getting started and are a very small team, we currently only offer shipping within the USA. We plan to expand our shipping globally very soon, so stay tuned!
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Our accessories, including our masks and scrunchies, are non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that we are a small team trying our best to answer all your questions and handle any returns as quickly as possible. We would also like to highlight that it may take slightly longer to respond to certain queries. We are a start-up and sometimes we must wait for a response from our third-party partners before we can offer you a solution. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
